Delivery to all UK mainland addresses is £5.95 and free for orders over £50.00. 

Delivery to addresses in Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands is £10.00.

You can return your order up to 14 days after you receive it. Please inform us within 7 days.

Please return your order by obtaining a proof of postage.

Regrettably we are unable to reimburse postage costs unless the product is faulty.

Refunds will take 7 days to reappear into your bank account or to your original payment method.

You can make amendments to your order provided we haven’t sent the package to you before you contact us.

We are open from Tuesday to Sunday inclusive. Our hours are 10:00am to 4pm on most days and probably later!

As our products are entirely handmade by artisans using materials that have been recycled, reclaimed or up-cycled a natural variation in the finished product would be expected. The majority of the variance seen is due to the differences in the medium used resulting in an individually unique product compared to mass produced alternatives.
