returns and refunds policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please inform us within 14 days in writing either by post or email.  We accept returns within 28 days of receipt provided the following are met:

  • products are unopened in their original undamaged packaging (if applicable)
  • unused with any tags still attached if applicable
  • in a perfect & resellable condition

Please ensure that if clothing is to be returned that they are unworn and free from any markings transferred from deodorants, perfume and makeup.

Regrettably outbound and inbound postage costs cannot be refunded unless the product is faulty.

It is advised that proof of postage be obtained for returned items as we cannot be held responsible for non-receipt. 

Please notify us of any breakages within 7 days of receiving your delivery for replacement items to be sent out.

Refunds will be processed by the original payment method and may take up to 7 days to appear back in your account.
