Our exquisitely embossed and stitched leather journals are gifts to treasure and they are ideal as a diary, inspiration book, sketchbook or notebook. The ornate brass clasp makes them extra special and the stitching adds a more intrepid feel.
Each journal is handmade and contains 125 pages of unlined khadda paper that is tree and eco-friendly. Khadda paper is made from recycled cotton, is acid-free and is a beautiful paper to write or draw on.
The embossing has been carefully etched using traditional techniques with small handmade tools making each journal individually unique. The embossed pattern may differ slightly from the image but will be just as delightful.

The khadda paper used in the products is handmade using recycled cotton leftover from the massive garment industry in India. The paper is made by a charity in rural Rajasthan that promotes women’s education and their social standing in the rural villages.
The leather used for the covers is a byproduct of the meat industry and is tanned using natural dyes.
